There are other free (or low-cost) legal service providers who handle 1203.4 dismissals.  Each has its own unique set of procedure, reflecting a particular circumstance of its creation. 

Blue markers represent legal services that are generally open to the public and that keep a regular schedule.  Red markers represent public and open clinics that do not have a regular schedule.  And green markers represent services that (mostly) accept referrals and/or individual consultation only.  A dot within a marker signifies membership in Southern California Clean Slate Practitioners' Forum, a group of clean slate attorneys and service-providers who meet regularly to share experience and knowledge in the field.
